What happens if the weather is bad?
Unless it's freaking intolerable, we always suggest to go with the flow and embrace it. If it gets to the point where we cannot protect our gear we will reschedule. It can be beautiful in photos!

What are is your payment schedule?
We require an $800 retainer to secure your spot on our calendar and the remaining balance is split up into 3 payments with your final payment due 2 months in advance for weddings. For shoots our retainer is $100 with the remaining balance due 1 month before your shoot!
What is your turnaround time?
We take on 24 weddings a year to ensure that we invest ourselves to our clients the best way we can. Since we only take on limited weddings per year, our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for weddings and 1-2 weeks for shoots.
How does covering your travel expenses work?
Our destination collections already have the travel included (flights, stay, transportation) so you don't have to worry about a thing!
What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
Oh lort! Unless it's (an act of God, death, illness, etc.) something that is completely out of our control we would do our best to help find a replacement photographer to take our place that we trust with a similar style, although we're not legally held to do so. If that doesn't work, and we can't be there your money will be fully refunded.
How do we receive our images?
Great question! Your images will delivered to you via an online gallery that will stay up for 30 days so we suggest you back those babies up! After the 30 day period you will receive tangible goods from us which will include a USB with the files. The fee to regain access to the gallery is $50.
